All goods must be paid for prior to despatch title to goods will only pass to customers once funds are cleared. All Bank charges for returned cheques will be passed onto customer.
Cheques will only be accepted for payment from customers with established credit accounts, note credit card payments are welcome and no surcharge applies.
EFT direct to our bank account is acceptable, goods will only be despatched once confirmation is received.
Any goods returned for credit must have a goods return authority number from us prior to return, please email us at sales@cesa.com.au and we will send you a form to fill out with all information needed to provide the Return Authority Number. Goods returned must be within 30 days of sale and be in saleable condition in original packaging. We will endeavor to process refunds in a timely manner and if there are any delays we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you updated. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for returns. If you wish to return an item you are required to pay for all associated shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%.
Specially cut lengths or custom made cables or any items specifically modified at the customers request, indent or non stocked items cannot be returned.
All cable assemblies purchased from Connect Electronics SA carry a 5 year replacement or repair warranty unless otherwise stated, any tampering with seals serial numbers or warranty stickers will void warranties.
The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear & tear .The return freight costs for goods returned are the responsibility of the customer.
All pricing quoted are subject to change without notice. Whilst every effort is made to give highly competitive pricing many items are imported and are subject to currency fluctuations we will confirm pricing at time of order.
Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be accepted at no charge provided the goods ordered are not modified, manufactured, or ordered specifically for the customer.
Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to charges for the recovery of freight all requests for cancellations must be made in writing and a goods return authority must be obtained from us prior to despatch. Any goods returned without a GRA will not be accepted for credit.
